Kemp Wins AFT Division 20 on Harris Chain
January 22, 2023, Eustis, FL., 24 launched from Buzzard Beach near Eustis, FL. 3 of those anglers brought back five-fish limits to the scales, but when the scales closed Vernon Kemp from Umatilla, FL took the victory with 17.12 lbs. For the win, Vernon took home $600 in prize money.
Second amongst the competitors was Mark Staton with 5 fish that locked in the scales at 13.11 lbs. For his efforts, he took home $360 in prize money.
Third place was claimed by David Wickham with 5 fish and a total weight of 11.80 lbs. For his efforts, he took home $123.
The Biggest Bass of the tournament was caught by Vernon Kemp. His fish locked in the scales at 5.03lbs. earning him $420 in prize money.
