Alex Prince Wins on Lake Nottley
Division 125 North Georgia, Lake Nottley on 10/29/2022 Blairsville, GA. Thirty-Three Anglers launched on Lake Nottley out of Deavers Launch near Blairsville, GA. Only 14 of those anglers brought back five-fish limits to the scales, but when the scales closed Alex Prince from Blue Ridge, GA took the victory with 12.05. For the win Alex took home 723.00 in prize money.
Second among the competitors was Jonathan Farmer with 5 Fish that locked in the scales at 11.93 lbs.. Jonathan said he caught most of his fish with crankbaits. For his efforts, he took home 424.00 in prize money.
Third place was claimed by Cole Davis with 5 fish and a total weight of 11.54. For his efforts, he took home 187.00.
The Biggest Bass of the tournament was caught by Jerry Meece. His fish locked in the scales at 3.80 earning him 165.00 in prize money.

Ben & Ashley Sutton Take the win on Lake Russell
November 12, 2022, Elberton, Georgia. Ben & Ashley Sutton of Warrenville, SC won the 2nd American Couples Series South Carolina Division tournament of the 2023 season presented by American Bass Anglers. Running out of Richard B. Russell State Park near Elberton, GA. Ben & Ashley brought back 5 bass that locked in the scales at 13.10 pounds anchored by a 3.01-pound kicker. For the victory, Ben & Ashley took home a check for $878.
2023 Open Series Registration
November 7, Athens, AL. Registration will open on November 14, 2022, for the 2023 Open Series. The 2023 season will offer 16 divisions, Alabama North, Alabama South, Florida Central, Florida South, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee Central, Tennessee East, Texas East, Texas Southeast, and Virginia. Each of these divisions will offer four one-day Divisional qualifying events and one two-day Divisional Championship.
2023 Top 150 Solo Series Opens Registrations Monday
ATHENS, Ala. – After a highly successful second season in which Rusty White, Jr. from Soddy Daisy, Tenn. won the inaugural American Bass Anglers Top 150 Solo Series Championship, Presented by Caymas Boats, anglers look forward to the 2023 season. Registration will open for all 2022 Season Contenders Monday, October 17, 2022.
