Braxton Shifflett Wins on Ouachita
American Bass Anglers D47 Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour held a tournament on Lake Ouachita May 21, 2022. The lake was in post spawn pattern but the fish were feeding with most of the field having limits.
Braxton Shifflett brought five fish to the scales, for a total weight of 17.33 lbs, which was good enough for first place. He also had big bass of the event weighing 5.43 lbs. Braxton caught his fish on a variety of baits.
Justin Bean sacked up five fish for a total weight of 15.55 lbs to finish in second place.
Rounding out the top three was Allen Fullbright who caught five fish for a total weight of 14.65 lbs.

The next tournament in this division is our 2-day championship on the Arkansas River on 4/5 Jun 2022 launching out of Maumelle Park. To qualify anglers must have fished 4 one day events.
