Austin Nelson Takes the Win on Lake Jordan
February 12, 2022, Prattville, AL. Austin Nelson of Prattville, AL won the American Fishing Tour Division 24 tournament presented by American Bass Anglers. Running out of the State Park Ramp near Wetumpka, AL, Nelson brought back five-fish that locked in the scales at 13.89 pounds anchored by a 4.14-pound kicker. For the victory, Nelson took home $376 and another $55 for Big Bass.
Second place was claimed by James Haughton Jr with five and a total weight of 11.61 pounds. For his efforts, Haughton took home $163 in prize money.
