DAVID LOWERY WINS AFT D72 AT OCONEE
David Lowery brought his five best keepers to the scale to take the win at Lake Oconee for the AFT D72 tournament on November 10, 2018. His total weight of 16.45-pounds netted him $735 cash and the First-Place trophy. David caught a 7.18-pounder to win an additional $175 cash and the Big Bass trophy. David said he was fishing in about ten feet of water using a football head jig with a Big Bite fighting frog.

Danny Taylor assisted with the tournament. After the awarding of trophies and cash payouts, there were drawings for the anglers present. A TH Marine trolling motor handle was won by Barry Stokes, A TH Marine culling system was won by Jim Windham, and a crisp $50 bill was won by Adam Windham. Thanks to all anglers that fished the tournament.
The next tournament for D72 will be November 24, 2018, on Lake Oconee going out of Sugar Creek Marina.
