AFT DIVISION 96 BRING–A–YOUTH TOURNAMENT
South Carolina Division 96 of the Ram American Fishing Tour is holding the 4th Annual Bring A Youth Fishing Tournament. It will be held again on Lake Greenwood out of Lake Greenwood State Park near Ninety Six, SC on Saturday, May 26th 2018 (the photo is of our last year winners).
This tournament is for both members & your non-member friends and family with children and young anglers under 17 years old to provide a tournament experience for our youth (sons, daughters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors or any child) (Liability releases to be signed at the ramp). Please let your family members, friends and neighbors know about it.
The tournament will be held at Lake Greenwood at Greenwood State Park on May 26, 2018 (Saturday) 7am to 12 noon
Youth participating must be under 17 years old. One adult and one youth per boat. An entry fee of $30 with no late fees, 100% payback & door prizes for kids. We Will be serving pizza & drinks at the weigh-in (Shelter near the boat ramps). Trophies for the top 20 youth finishers, 1st place team will receive matching trophies for adult and youth and a big fish trophy for youth with the largest big fish.
5 fish limit with the adult & child fishing as a team (each team to mark the child’s BF)
14” minimum length limit (Largemouth & Spotted Bass)
AFT rules apply (children under 12 years old must wear life jacket at all times if the boat is less than 16 feet long)(A reeled in fish constitutes a caught fish for the youths.)
This is a no-points tournament, just for the kids.

Roger Farr Takes the win on Greenwood
Roger Farr of Little Mountain, SC won the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour D96 tournament held 12/30/2018 on Lake Greenwood. Running out of Greenwood State Park near Ninety Six, SC Roger brought back a five-fish limit that locked in the scales at 14.38-lbs. For his victory and first place in the option pot, he took home $545, along with the first place trophy.
South Carolina Couples Cancels 12/8 Tournament
The South Carolina Couples Division 11 has canceled the 12/8 tournament scheduled for Lake Wateree. This decision has been made due to falling lake levels, the ramp and the launch site is inaccessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and look forward to seeing you all at the next tournament.
Jai Hunter Sr. Wins $5500 on Lake Okeechobee
ATHENS, Ala. – Jai Hunter Sr. of Deland, FL won the Bass Pro Shops Open Series Florida Central tournament, held January 19th on the Lake Okeechobee. Running out of Roland Martin Marina & Resort in Clewiston, FL the Jai Sr. caught five-bass weighing 18.10-pounds. For the Boater Division victory, Hunter Sr. took home a check for $5500 for his win.
Galbraith and Mason win the Triton 100% Plus Team Tour Championship
The team of Roy Galbraith of Guin, Alabama and Richard Mason of Athens, Alabama took home the win in the American Bass Anglers Triton Plus 100% Team Tour Championship, held on Pickwick Lake November 3rd and 4th, 2018. Launching out of McFarland Park in Florence, Alabama, the team of Galbraith and Mason caught a five-bass limit on day one weighing 17.28-pounds
