Al Pallavinci Takes the win on Lake Hopatcong on 04/13/2018
Division 10 was running out of Lees Park Marina near, MNT. Arlington, NJ. Al Pallavinci of Ringwood, NJ caught 5 bass weighing 19.38 pounds with a 5.07-pound Large Mouth for his kicker. Al took home a check for $522 for the victory. The Big Fish side pot was worth an additional $95.00. This was Al’s all time personal heaviest bag at 19.38 pounds. Al caught most of his fish with a black hair jig.
In second among the competitors was Mitch Pierson of Newton, NJ. Mitch caught 5bass weighing 12.89 pounds, and collected a check for $308.00. No one is ever sure what Mitch has been fishing with and it is apparent that his back boaters are sworn to secrecy!
Chris Ullrich of Picture Rocks, PA took third place with three fishweighting 6.89. Suspending jerk baits were Chris’s ticket to collecting $101.00.
Next Event for the New Jersey division 10 is on 6-17-18 on Lake Hopatcong out of Lee’s Park Marina.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.

R. V. Mann Jr. wins on Lake Gaston
R. V. Mann Jr., of Whitkers, North Carolina won the AFT Division 17, North Carolina Central tournament on Lake Gaston. The event was held on Lake Gaston on 17 November 2018, launching out of Salmon Landing (Little Stonehouse Creek) off of 903 in Littleton, North Carolina. It was a tough day of fishing starting off in the lower 30’s, warming to around 55 in the afternoon.
Kerry and Heather Wilson win on Lake Jordan
ATHENS, Ala. – Kerry and Heather Wilson won the American Couples Series, operated by American Bass Anglers, Central Alabama Division 1 tournament, held November 10, 2018, on Lake Jordan. Running out of the Bonnor’s Landing, the team caught 5-bass weighing 10.31-pounds. For the victory, they earned a check for $405.00. The Wilson’s caught their fish on swim jigs.
