Maryland Open Series Kick off March 31
Athens, AL. The ABA Open Series will launch the first Maryland Division tournament of 2018 on the Potomac River March 31st out of Smallwood State Park in La Plata Maryland. The event is hosted by Charles County http://www.charlescountymd.gov
In 2017, Jesepth Hughes of King George, Virginia won the first Open Series tournament held March 25th on the Potomac River. Jesepth caught five bass weighing 22.19 pounds. “I ran down south and caught them all on a black and blue jig in 6-8 feet of water,” Hughes said.
