Kentucky Lake Paris Landing D32 Cancels Tournament
Athens, AL. The Kentucky Lake – Paris Landing D32 event schedule for this weekend (March 3, 2018) on Kentucky out of Paris Landing has been cancelled. TVA will be holding the water starting Wednesday and the lake elevation is expected to rise above normal summer pool.
Summer pool for Kentucky Lake is 359. TVA shows the lake rising almost two feet per day of the next three days with the lake reaching over 362 by Friday. Anglers can monitor the lake’s levels and predicted levels at the link below.
The event March 3rd event will be rescheduled for later this year.

2019 American Fishing Tour
Athens, AL. American Bass Anglers (ABA) announced today the 2019 season for the American Fishing Tour (AFT). The tour is a draw format that offers more than seventy divisions with 600-900 tournaments per season across the eastern half of the United States. Members of ABA qualify for the year-end national championship by competing locally in a minimum of four one-day divisional qualifying events and a Divisional two-day championship.
South Carolina Couples Cancels 12/8 Tournament
The South Carolina Couples Division 11 has canceled the 12/8 tournament scheduled for Lake Wateree. This decision has been made due to falling lake levels, the ramp and the launch site is inaccessible. Galbraith and Mason win the Triton 100% Plus Team Tour Championship
The team of Roy Galbraith of Guin, Alabama and Richard Mason of Athens, Alabama took home the win in the American Bass Anglers Triton Plus 100% Team Tour Championship, held on Pickwick Lake November 3rd and 4th, 2018. Launching out of McFarland Park in Florence, Alabama, the team of Galbraith and Mason caught a five-bass limit on day one weighing 17.28-pounds
