Brian Gunn Wins on the Savannah River
Brian Gunn is one step closer to the Ram American Fishing Tour National Championship with a first place win in the Division 94 Tournament held on the Savannah River. Gunn weighed in two bass at 4.52 pounds winning $377. Second place, Barry Descaro brought two bass to the scales for a total weight of 2.96 pounds. Cody Moss, with two bass weighing 2.66, placed third. Fourth place went to Joe Toth with one bass weighing 1.38 pounds and fifth place went to Lucio Marroquin with one bass weighing 1.26 pounds. Brian Gunn caught the day’s big bass at 2.73 pounds.

At launch time the temperatures were in the mid 50's with cloud cover. The day continued with temperatures topping out in the low 50's, clear throughout the day. Water temperatures were in the mid 40's with the river being at a flood stage of 17.5 feet.
The bait of the day was plastic, jigs, with some crankbaits action. The anglers reported fishing mainly in the oxbows and tide water.

These anglers are earning valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual Ram American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of the Year Final Round at the Ram American Fishing Tour National Championship.
The Ram American Fishing Tour offers low cost, close to home bass tournaments that are designed for the weekend angler. All ABA anglers fish for money and points. The points advance the angler to their divisional championship and the top 500 anglers in the US are invited to the Ram American Fishing Tour National Championship.

Athens, Al - Sam Gladden of Icard, NC won the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour Division 14 tournament on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC with four fish weighing 8.5 pounds held on 09/14/2019.
Andy and Donna Kilgore Lead After Day-One of Couples Championship
Sixty-five teams blasted off from Coosa Landing near Gadsden, AL Thursday, September 19th to kick off the 2019 Bass Pro Shops Couples Series National Championship. These teams traveled from across the US to compete for cash, bragging rights, and the title of 2019 Bass Pro Shops Couples Series National Champions. After the first day of competition Andy and Donna Kilgore of Kingston, GA sit in the top position with a five-fish limit that went to the scales for 14.06-lbs. Andy anchored the bag with day ones men’s big bass with a largemouth that locked in the scales at 4.35-lbs. earning him $660.
Pryor Takes the win in Area 1 Championship on Guntersville
Terry Pryor of Cullman, Al won the Bass Pro Shops Open Series Area 1 Championship tournament, held September 9th-10th on Lake Guntersville. Running out of Goose Pond in Scottsboro, AL Terry caught a two day total of ten bass for a total weight of 35.83-lbs. For his win, Pryor took home a check for $3700.
ABA Announces the 2020 Bass Pro Shop Team Tour
September, 03, 2019, Athens, AL - American Bass Anglers announced the 2020 Bass Pro Shops Team Tour season details today. The Bass Pro Shops Team Tour will hold nine team tournaments in two divisions that offer a Triton/Mercury boat package* for the first-place team at each divisional event. The year-end 2020 Team Championship will offer two Triton/Mercury boat package* to the Championship first place team and a combined payout of up to $80,000 in cash, prizes and bonuses based on a full field.
