This Season's Tournament Rules
All boat numbers are done by random computer draw at 7 PM on Thursday after check in. All details for the tournament such as, what time to be on the water Saturday morning, briefing start time, take off time, and check in time will be sent by text to all competitors AFTER check-in between 6:30 and 7:00 PM. We must verify all entries before sending this message or some competitors may not get it. Onsite check-in is at the ramp from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Thursday afternoon at the stage trailer.
For pre-registered anglers: failure to check in or notify the tournament director of your intent to fish by 6:30 PM Friday evening for ALL REGISTERD PARTICIPANTS will result in forfeiture of your entry fee. No refunds or transfers.

Entry Cut-Off: No single entries will be accepted after 5:00PM TEN DAYS PRIOR to the event.
Priority Package Registration: For Solo anglers who fished the 2021 season package registration will be accepted beginning 8:00 am CST October 18, 2021. A package entry is for all three qualifying events in a division ($1,800) paid in full or a non-refundable deposit for three events within a division ($900).
Package Entry: Package entries will be accepted beginning at 8:00 am CST on October 19, 2021. A package entry is for all three qualifying events in a division ($1,800) paid in full.
Deposits: Deposits will be accepted beginning at 8:00 am CST on October 19, 2021 anglers may secure their position by paying a non-refundable deposit of $900.00 (three events) in a division. The remaining balance of the entry fee is due on or before January 25, 2022, with no exceptions.
Waiting List: Priority entry will be given to package and deposit entries. If an event has more than 150 entries, a waiting list will be established. Open positions for an event will be filled from this list beginning January 26, 2022. Anglers not getting a position will have their entry fee returned. Single entry registration begins at 8:00 am CST on October 25, 2021. Single entries will be placed on a waiting list.
Tournament Information:
A Liability Release Form for the 2022 season MUST be signed by ALL competitors before you are allowed to fish. If this is your first tournament with us this season you must come to the ramp and sign this form on Thursday night before the tournament. Any competitor who has not signed this form before takeoff on Friday morning will be pulled from the event.
