To avoid a large gathering, all those who have registered will receive detailed instructions via text message on Friday afternoon.

You are not required to physically check in at Bass Pro Shops. Check in will be done by cell phone.  The instructions will tell you how.   For those that need to wait until Friday, on-site registration will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Tommys but you will not be required to stay for the meeting.  Once you have signed up you are free to go until Saturday morning. Pairings will still be sent out Friday night and immediately following, we will send arrival time and launch time for Saturday morning.

If you had not registered by Friday you will not receive the instructions. The information is sent using our tournament software and you must be entered into the event to receive them.

On site registration will be at Tommys Trading Post

Register either on line or by calling the main office at 256-232-0406 NLT COB on Wednesday before the event.  You can still enter the event on Thursday ONLY by calling the ABA main office @ 256-232-0406, during office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  This is considered a late registration and will include a $25 late fee. 

Check in is mandatory from 4:30 - 6:30 PM for ALL PARTICIPANTS.

Failure to check in or notify the tournament director of your intent for ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS prior to 6:30 PM the day before the event will result in the forfeiture of your entry fee.

Again, on site registrations will be accepted on Friday at Tommys Trading Post from 4:30-6:30 PM
