Best tournament finish and what you did that day when you were fishing.

ABA North Carolina East Division 15 Tar River Tournament on 7 November 2020. Finished 3rd out of 29 Anglers. Caught a 3 Lbs Bass on a Texas Rig with in 5 minutes of take off. After a few more bits early in the morning I discovered the Bass were stacking up on structure just off the main river and creek mouth. Tried several different baits and colors, but would only get bit on a certain Worm size and color. Locked that bait in my hand the rest of the day and got two key fish in the last hour of tournament for 7+ Lbs. Finished the day with 5 fish for 11.78 Lbs! Interesting fact, my 3rd tournament ever, I was boat #3, , and finished 3rd!

Most challenging part of tournament fishing

Understanding fish patterns on different bodies of water.
