What you should know about Eric:

How Eric started fishing

My dad started me fishing when i was big enough to hold a pole.

Aspirations or goals with fishing

I have a aspiration to learn the different techniques of bass fishing with utimate goal of being a boater and overall to just have a fun enjoyable day on the water meeting someone new.

Favorite way to fish

I don't know enough to say. probably something texas rigged.

Most exciting fishing experience

Probably at Chickamauga this year when i caught a 7.52. My personal best to date.

How Eric preps for a tournament

I try to research fishing reports, watch some youtube videos, and retie my line and lures..

Three favorite search baits

Best tournament finish and what you did that day when you were fishing.

3rd at Chickamauga by lipless cranking.

Most challenging part of tournament fishing

Fishing from the back of the boat is most difficult other than not knowing a whole heck of a lot about bass fishing. You are fishing with a motor and or shallow water anchoring poles on one side and high dollar electronics at the console on the other.

When tournaments don't go my way

I just try to think of something i may have learned during the day whether it is fishing or boating related.

Advice to give to an aspiring tournament angler:

Just do it. Be respectful of the boater and especially the boater's equipment.
