Best tournament finish and what you did that day when you were fishing.

Fished Lake Erie as a co-angler with Mark Burgess, caught 22+ pounds of smallmouth dragging tubes. It was rough, waves came over the stern everytime Mark came back to net a fish for me. 


Most challenging part of tournament fishing

Time Managerment, especially in tidal waters.


When tournaments don't go my way

Advice to give to an aspiring tournament angler:

Keep it simple, green pumpkin works most of the times, you don't need all of those colors designed to catch fishermen.


Some shared general bass fishing techniques for people just getting into the sport

Fish a senko and learn to dropshot, even in shallow water.
