How the Point System Works
Member's best 4 one-day tournaments
+ the Member's best two-day tournament = their total
score.
One-day tournaments are worth
200 points to first place with a minimum field. The
following places are award in one point increments.
For example: 1st Place 200-points, 2nd Place 199-points
and so on.
Two-day tournaments are worth
400 points to first place with a minimum field. The
following places are award in two point increments.
For example: 1st Place 400, 2nd Place 398, 3rd place
396 and so on.
Members may fish as many one-day and two-day tournaments
as they wish, but only their BEST 4 one-day tournaments
+ their BEST two-day tournament count toward national
standings. This allows anglers to put a bad tournament
behind them.
A PERFECT score is 1200 points: 4 one-day tournaments
at 200 points each = 800 points, plus 1 two-day tournament
at 400 points = 1200 points.
