From Division 114 Seminole January 5, 2014 Aubrey Davis from Freeport, Fl. is one step closer to the ABA National Championship with a first place win and $388 in the American Fishing Tour Divisional Bass Tournament held on Lake Seminole this past weekend .Aubrey’s Five bass weighed in at 24.63 pounds. Second Place went to Bryan Thurman with a weight of 23.59 pounds. And rounding out the top three was Matt Baty with a weight of 21.29 pounds. Big Bass went to Len Lindahl with an 8.44 pound largemouth.
These anglers are acquiring valuable points to ensure their birth in the American Fishing Tour National Championship that will be held this fall. Their points are also being used to determine the divisional angler of the year. The top angler by points earned in this division will represent the division in the Angler of the Year final round.

Conditions: The weather was sunny and warm with light winds. The lake level was full and the water was clear except the Flint River it was muddy.
Winning Strategy: Aubrey’s caught his fish in Spring Creek slow rolling a spinnerbait in the trees.
