The day started out with a temperature of 50 degree and end up a nice day of 65 degree with winds coming out of the NNE at 9 mph and on top of that a 60% change of rain, that did wait till after the tournament to start coming down. The dam was pulling water, lake level was dropping and, on top of that, shad dying off from last cold front.
These anglers accrued valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will complete in the American Bass Angler of the year Final Round Fish-Off. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
The next tournament will be held 03/31/2013 on Old Hickory Lake at Bull Creek ramp, near Gallatin, Tenn.

From Tennessee Division 31 tournament, March 17, 2013, on Old Hickory Lake, running out of Bull Creek landing near Gallatin – Lebanon, Tennessee angler Jason Dies caught five bass weighing 9.15 pounds with a 2.45 pound kicker. For the victory, Jason took home a check for $220. Jason, like Kenneth from two weeks ago, caught his fish on secret baits.
