Conditions: The weather was bitter 19 degrees at take-off. We had light winds and the sun did show itself but reels were still icing up until 1-p.m. so it was tough weather wise. The high was 37 degrees. The lake was heavily stained and 54 degrees at the ramp with water around 65 degrees in the hot ditch nearer the Power Plant. It was tough to get bites the fish were very slow to take a bait.
Winning Strategy: Kevin , caught his fish throwing a rattle –trap in shallow water up in the hot arm.
