In second among these AFT competitors, Scott Randall of King George, Virginia, caught 5 bass weighing 13.27 pounds. He caught his fish on flipping a craw in pads and pocketed a check for $284.00.
Taking third place, Keith Knutson of Land O Lakes, FL, caught 5 bass weighing 12.32 pounds and pocketed a check for $91.00. Fourth Place, Rock Anderson with 11.84 pounds and in Fifth Place, Charles King weighing 11.78 pounds.
Nick Toman of Washington, DC won the big bass contest with a 4.98-pound lunker. He caught his big fish on Dirty Jigs flippin-jig.
These anglers accrued valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round Fish-Off. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
The next divisional tournament will be held July 22, 2012 on the Potomac near Indian Head, Maryland
