Conditions: Very Windy, also very hot in the mid 90’s
Winning Strategy: Scott fished shallow all day working weed lines with spinner baits. Fish were chasing bait just off the weed line and the spinner bait convinced the bigger fish to hit. Scott’s big bass came around 10.00 o’clock
