Sirius XM Weather Receiver Giveaway

Athens, AL – The 2018 tournament season is well underway, and Sirius XM continues to show their support to the sport of bass fishing and American Bass Angler members by giving away 13 of their Sirius XM Weather Receivers. These receivers allow anglers to get real-time weather on their Garmin, Raymarine, or Lowrance units. Sirius XM Marine Weather consist of both current  and forecasted conditions allowing anglers to see rain and storm conditions relative to your position with weather radar overlay, see which directions the storms are moving, lighting strike locations, wind speed and direction, Isobar pressure forecast, plus you can add over 150 channels of Sirius XM Satellite Radio so you can listen to your favorite station on the water.

During the 2018 Ray Scott Championship three winners walked away with a Sirius XM Weather Receiver for their boat. The lucky winners of these three receivers were Derrick Knight of Durant, OK, Eldred Lewis of Tuscaloosa, AL and Albert Collins of Nacogdoches, TX. During the regular 2018 Season, Sirius XM will give away their weather receivers to Open Series anglers throughout the five tournament areas. Thus far, Danny Moffat Jr. of White Plains, MD won a weather receiver during the Maryland Division event on Potomac on March 31, 2018 and Brandon Addis of West Union, SC won a weather receiver during the South Carolina Division on Lake Hartwell on April 21, 2018.

Five receivers have been given away so far leaving 8 more up for grabs at the following events:

Alabama North at Neely Henry on April 28, 2018
South East Texas at Sam Rayburn on April 28, 2018
Florida Central at Toho on May 5, 2018
Tennessee Central at Old Hickory on May 5, 2018
Mississippi at Ross Barnett on May 5, 2018
Military Tournament on May 8-11, 2018
Ohio at Indian on May 12, 2018
Oklahoma on Grand Lake on May 12, 2018

For your chance to win a Sirius XM Weather Receiver, you must be an active  American Bass Angler member and must be registered to fish in one of the eight events.
