Novak Wins on Tensaw River
Jamie Novak of Daphne, Alabama won the Ram AFT D41 event on Tensaw River in Mobile, Alabama held on May 20th. Novak weighed in five fish weighing 9.89 pounds and also caught the Big Bass of the event weighing 3.01 pounds.
Second place went to Dennis Prickett with five fish weighing 8.26 pounds.
Third place went to Barry Woodward of Mobile, Alabama with five fish weighing in at 8.19 pounds.
Anglers fished under spotty thunderstorms with temperatures in the mid-eighties and winds out of the southeast at 15 to 20 mph. Eight boaters competed.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the RAM AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, RAM AFT National Championship tournament.
The RAM American Fishing Tour offers low cost, close to home bass tournaments that are designed for the weekend angler. All ABA anglers fish for money and points. The points advance the angler to their divisional championship and the top 500 anglers in the US are invited to the American Fishing Tour National Championship.
