HI STAKES CASH JACKPOT

HI-SEAS is putting on the line $1,000 a month in the “HI-SEAS HIGH STAKES CASH Jackpot” Promotion Program. Buy any HI-SEAS line from any retailer; send in the proof of purchase along with your member number to American Bass Anglers and you will automatically be entered to win. There is no limit to the number of entries so the more entries a member sends in only increases their opportunity to win the monthly Cash Jackpot.

There will also be a year end grand prize drawing at all 4 ABA Championships. (AFT, BWS, Grand Slam, ABA Couples) All entries from each tour will be entered into these grand prize drawings. The winner drawn from each tour will receive their 2009 entry fees paid for that tour.

Program Guidelines:

1. Members who purchase HI-SEAS products, and mail in to headquarters, or turn in a valid proof of purchase, filler box bottom or filler spool insert card to their director at tournaments, will be placed in a monthly drawing for $1,000. (Member must have purchased line from a retailer and provide proof of purchase, box bottom or insert card with ABA member number written on it, upon entering the program).
   To clarify what is considered ‘Proof of Purchase”, see below:

   a. Proofs of purchase: The "Proof of Purchase" logo printed on the bottom flap of our latest generation of filler boxes.
   b. For older generation packages (Filler boxes with no proof of purchase on them), the actual bottom flap of the filler box itself, which is uniquely different from the other sides of the filler box.
   c. For old generation Black Widow (Black Widow packaged in a plastic clam shell), the entire insert card from the old clam shell package will be accepted.

2. Members must send in their proof of purchase to: American Bass Anglers, P.O. Box 475, Athens, AL 35612 and include the following:

   A. Member’s Name
   B. ABA Member Number
   C. The ABA tour they compete in

   Every UPC label is an additional entry. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter. ABA will perform a monthly drawing from entries and will publish the results on the website, ABA magazine and at tournaments.

3. At the end of the tournament year, a drawing will be conducted at each Series Championship from all entries received throughout the 2008 season. Winners will have their entries paid by HI-SEAS for the 2009 season.
   (AFT Series – 5 events – 1 Member, Bassmaster Weekend Series – 1 boater and 1 non boater – 5 events each, Grand Slam Series – 1 boater and 1 non boater – 5 events each, Couples – 1 registered team – 5 events).
4. Only current American Bass Anglers Members are eligible for any prizes in this program.
5. Program will run from Jan. 1, 2008 – Oct. 15, 2008.

HI-SEAS and ABA, reserve the right to make changes in the rules, payout schedule and bonus programs at anytime without prior notice.
