Missouri Anglers Make Second Stop at Lake of the Ozarks
Missouri anglers of the ABA Weekend Bass Series will make their second stop of the year at Lake of the Ozarks on April 26, 2014. The event launch and weigh in will take place at PB2 in Osage Beach, MO. Registration for the event will take place at the Inn at Grand Glaze in Osage Beach, MO on Friday, April 25 from 4:00 to 6:30 pm. David Ryan of Levasy, MO won the opening event last season at Lake of the Ozarks with 18.62 pounds on May 18, 2013. David caught all of his on a DD22 crankbait. The co-angler champion was Dennis Meyer of Mallwin, MO. Dennis caught 10.02 pounds with a texas rigged Senko.
Anglers that finish the season in the top 40 points rankings will have opportunity to advance to the WBS Regional Championship to compete for two new Triton Boats at Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN on September 26 and 27, 2014. Anglers can advance from the WBS Regional Championship to the Ray Scott Championship on Lake Wheeler in Decatur, AL November 12 – 15, 2014.
