Tennessee East Heads to Lake Chickamauga
Tennessee East anglers of the ABA Weekend Bass Series will make their third stop of the year at Lake Chickamauga on April 12, 2014. The event launch and weigh in will take place at Dayton Boat Dock in Dayton, TN. Registration for the event will also take place at Dayton Boat Dock in Dayton, TN on Friday, April 11 from 4:00 to 6:30 pm.

Rogne Brown won the first Tennessee East event at Lake Chickamauga on March 1, 2013. Rogne caught his 29.42lb bag and 10lb lunker fishing main lake and secondary points on the lower end of the lake. Second, third, and fourth place boaters also had over 23lb. The co-angler division was won by Jared Sullivan with 16.17lb and 7.24lb big bass. Jared fished the lower end of the lake too catching his fish on a Rat-L-Trap. Second place co-angler Gary Ash was also at the lower end of the lake near the dam.
Anglers that finish the season in the top 40 points rankings will have opportunity to advance to the WBS Regional Championship to compete for two new Triton Boats at Lake Toho in Kissimmee, FL on October 17 & 18, 2014. Anglers can advance from the WBS Regional Championship to the Ray Scott Championship on Lake Wheeler in Decatur, AL November 12 – 15, 2014 to compete for a $100,000 first place boater prize and a $50,000 first place co-angler prize. Anglers can also cash in on contingency programs such as Triton Gold, Atlas Awards, Royal Purple Awards, and Mercury/Motorguide bonus money.
