ARDENT “GET ON BOARD” PROGRAM
Ardent will reward anglers that win a tournament on ABA’s American Fishing Tour for every Ardent Reel they own and are on board their boat at the time of the win. Ardent will pay $25 per Ardent reel at Divisional Qualifiers and Divisional Championships and $1,000 per reel up to $10,000, at the National Championship. Ardent wants their American made reels to Get On Board your boat and they are willing to pay it out to the ABA Members that Get On Board.
Ardent is pleased to announce their “Get on Board” Program for American Bass Angler members for 2008. “We have an exciting year planned for ABA members and our goal is to have an Ardent Reel in the hands of every participant”, stated Ardent President, Mike Brooks, who continued, “and by offering this great incentive, there’s no excuse for every angler to own several of our reels. With the introduction of our new baitcaster reel, the C400, and a redesign of our XS1000, we continue to produce new state of the art reels right here in America and offer an industry-best three-year warranty on all of them. So, we invite everyone to “Get on Board” and try the greatest reel on the market today!”
Eligibility
– All ABA Members Participating in American Fishing Tour Tournaments
Recipients
– All Tournament Winners of American Fishing Tour Qualifying Tournaments

Awards
- Tournament Winners that have at least one Reel on their boat will receive a Certificate redeemable for $25.00 per reel for every Ardent reel they have on board at the start of the tournament. This certificate is to be sent to Ardent along with a receipt from the purchase of an Ardent Reel and dated from 1/1 2007 – 11/30/2008 and a warranty registration card containing their ABA member number. When received by Ardent and verified, a check for the amount of the certificate will be sent to the member.
- National Championship Winner can receive $1,000.00 for every Ardent reel on his boat the day of the start of the National Championship Tournament, if contingency guidelines are met. Maximum payout $10,000
- Non Boater National Champion winner can receive $500.00 per reel if contingency guidelines are met. $5,000 Maximum payout
Certification – Member possession of Ardent reels is to be certified by an ABA Tournament Director Staff on the first day of each event.
Certificates
- Ardent will provide to ABA, certificates to be provided to event winners. Certificates will be numbered for security
“Team Ardent” Members are not eligible for the weekly tournament program but can participate in the National Championship program if they qualify. If a “Team Ardent” member wins the Championship, he/she can receive a $5,000.00 prize if contingency guidelines are met.
