Chuck Pritchard Wins the AFT D42 Tournament on Dardanelle
Chuck Pritchard won the American Fishing Tour Arkansas Summer division 42 tournament with five fish weighing 16.73 pounds held on AR River Dardanelle on 07/26/2014.
The American Fishing Tour, Division 42 of American Bass Anglers held its fourth qualifying tournament of the 2014 season on Lake Dardanelle, 26 Jul 2014. Twenty-two anglers brought in 58 fish for a total of 128 pounds, a 2.2 pound average.
Chuck Pritchard brought in a five fish limit weighing 16.73 pounds which included the day's Big Bass at 5.77 pounds. Chuck threw jigs across the lower end of the lake and took home $612 for his efforts.
Arnie Hanson earned $298 for second place. Arnie threw jigs around current breaks to sack up 12.99 pounds.
Rounding out the top three was Stan Grizzle. Stan threw swimbaits and caught four fish weighing 11.19 pounds.
This division's next tournament will be 9 Aug 2014 on the Arkansas River Pine Bluff Pool launching out of Regional Park.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
The American Fishing Tour offers low cost, close to home bass tournaments that are designed for the weekend angler. All ABA anglers fish for money and points. The points advance the angler to their divisional championship and the top 500 anglers in the US are invited to the American Fishing Tour National Championship for this fall on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN.
