Antwan Moore Wins on Neuse / Trent River
Running out of Lawson Creek near New Bern, NC, Antwan Moor, of Kinston, NC, caught 5 bass weighing 8.76 pounds. For the victory, Antwan took home a check for $259. Antwan caught his fish on top water and worms.
In second among the competitors, Gary Keim, of Emerald Isle, NC, caught 5 bass weighing 8.69 pounds with a 2.42 pound kicker. Gary pocketed a check for $93.
Taking third place, Vincent Bradley of Goldsboro, NC, caught 4 bass weighing 6.60 pounds with a 2.02 pound kicker. Vincent took home a $15 gift card from Ez Bait and Tackle.
In fourth place, Larry Dobbs of Greenville, NC, caught 4 bass weighing 5.39 pounds. Christopher Barrett of Camp Lejeune, NC, rounded out the top five competitors with 4 bass weighing 5.06 pounds.
Big Bass winner: Antwan Moore with a 2.54 pound bass. Antwan pocketed a check for $40.00.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
The American Fishing Tour offers low cost, close to home bass tournaments that are designed for the weekend angler. All ABA anglers fish for money and points. The points advance the angler to their divisional championship and the top 500 anglers in the US are invited to the American Fishing Tour National Championship for this fall on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN.
