Schultz Victorious Again in Division 97
Athens, Al - Mark Schultz of Tolland, Conneticut won the American Fishing Tour Massachusetts - Western division 97 tournament with five fish weighing 9.75 pounds held on Otis on 06/01/2014.
Second place went to Jesse Via who weighed in a limit for 9.75 pounds. Third place was Betty Mongeon with four fish weighing 8.63 pounds.
We had 65 degree air temps, sunny, with variable winds that picked up throughout the day. Water temps were in the 60s.
Big Bass winner: Craig Pikul who weighed in a 3.95 pound smallmouth bass

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
The American Fishing Tour offers low cost, close to home bass tournaments that are designed for the weekend angler. All ABA anglers fish for money and points. The points advance the angler to their divisional championship and the top 500 anglers in the US are invited to the American Fishing Tour National Championship for this fall on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN.
